Product Introduction

V-shaped mixer is used to mix powder evenly. It is suitable for mixing two or more dry powdery and granular materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical, metallurgy, electronics and other industries. The mixing barrel of the V-shaped mixer has a unique structure. Through mechanical transmission, the materials in the V-shaped cylinder are turned back and forth to achieve uniform mixing. The mixing barrel of V-type mixer is generally made of stainless steel, with polished inner and outer walls. Working Principle

The V-type mixer is composed of two cylindrical shaped and welded containers. The shape of the container is asymmetrical with respect to the axis. Due to the rotational motion, the powder particles continuously and repeatedly alternate, divide and merge in the inclined cylinder. ; Materials are randomly transferred from one area to another. At the same time, slip occurs between powder and granule particles, and the space is superimposed multiple times. The particles are continuously distributed on the newly generated surface, and shearing, diffusion and mixing are repeated repeatedly.
