Product Introduction

The precision blast dryer is an efficient and stable hot air circulation drying equipment, which is widely used in laboratories, industrial production and scientific research fields. Its core consists of a stainless steel liner, intelligent temperature control system, forced convection fan, heating element and multiple safety protection devices. The equipment supports a temperature range usually from room temperature to 300°C (some can reach over 500°C), the temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1°C, and precise adjustment is achieved through a microcomputer PID controller. Some models also have humidity control functions, which are suitable for handling materials that are sensitive to temperature and humidity.

Working Principle

  • Heating and circulation : The electric heating element (nickel-chromium alloy or quartz tube) generates heat, and the high-temperature-resistant fan forces the hot air to be evenly distributed to the working room to form horizontal or vertical convection.
  • Humidity control: The evaporated moisture is discharged through air circulation. Some models feedback signals through the humidity sensor, and the control system dynamically adjusts the heating power to maintain the set humidity.
  • closed loop control: Monitor the temperature in real time and adjust the heating power. It will automatically enter the constant temperature state after reaching the set value. Some high-end models support programmed temperature gradient control.
