Resin ball mill, also known as resin strength and wear resistance test ball mill, is made according to national standards. The grinding barrel is made of stainless steel, the grinding barrel cover is made of brass, gear drive, variable frequency fixed speed, stable rotation speed, small and fine appearance. It is suitable for enterprises that use (produce) various types of anionic and cationic resins to measure the sphericity ratio of anionic and cationic resins. The greater the sphericity ratio, the higher the strength, and the higher the exchange adsorption capacity of the resin, otherwise the opposite is true. It is widely used in electric power, chemical industry scientific research, early stage metal ion adsorption treatment of power plant boiler water, chemical plant production control, and measurement of resin penetration and ball rate before leaving the factory, so as to determine the strength of ion exchange resin. It is also suitable for measuring the strength of various spherical particle ion exchange resins (penetration grinding method). Comply with the requirements of the national standard: "Determination of the sphericity rate of plastic ion exchange resin and the sphericity rate after grinding" (GB/T 12598-2023).
