Working Principle

The powder is added to the feeding nozzle by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, and is sprayed into the crushing cavity by the feeding compressed air. The high-speed airflow ejected from the crushing nozzle forms a supersonic flow, causing collision and shearing in the flow and collision and friction with the wall of the crushing chamber to crush into fine powder. During the high-speed movement and crushing process of the logistics, particles of different fineness will produce different separation in the rotating air flow. Because the centrifugal force of the centripetal airflow is greater than the centrifugal force, the powder particles with qualified fineness are brought to the discharge pipe by the exhaust airflow, and the finished products are collected through the bag.
