Polyurethane grinding balls are mainly used for mixing materials, wrapping the iron core with polyurethane.
Polyurethane grinding balls are widely used in vibration damping plates of heavy machinery, blanking, stamping, sheet metal calibration and fields with high requirements on insulation and lifespan.
Polyurethane grinding balls are used in our planetary ball mills, drum ball mills, stirring ball mills and other ball mills to finely grind and disperse materials.

Density (g/cm³): Variable, overall somewhere between iron and plastic
hardness: Low, depending on polyurethane Shore hardness, usually ~HS 80-95A
Wear resistance (wear rate): Good, resistant to tearing, but will wear out over time
Contamination risk: , the core will be exposed after the outer layer is damaged
Main application areas: Coarse grinding or mixing with buffering and noise reduction requirements, such as pigment pre-dispersion and slurry homogenization.
