Working Principle:
Cryogenic planetary ball mill is a group set of equipment combined with planetary ball mill and air cooling device. According to the principle of air conditioning refrigeration compressed, recycling of cooling air takes away quickly the heat generated by grinding. The temperature inside grinding space often can be controlled within 5-15
. This model is mainly used for some special materials which is requested to be ground into superfine powder under lower temperature condition. The cooling device has advantages of simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance and low energy consumption.
Applications:
Cryogenic planetary ball mill is mainly applied to ultrafine grinding under condition of low-temperature requested by materials. Compared with the artificial injection of liquid nitrogen cooling, cold-air planetary ball mill is much easier and more convenient to be operated, it is also cost-saved, and low-energy consumed.
